Telephone Counselling
Telephone counselling is the easiest way to access counselling if you are unable to travel or meet up face to face.
Telephone counselling is suitable for people who feel more confident talking on the phone, or who want to talk to a counsellor within the comfort of their own home.

You can make an appointment by going to the contact page and either emailing or phoning me.
I usually ask for telephone sessions to be paid in advance in order to confirm the booking. If you need to cancel or rearrange a therapy session and you give me more than 24 hours (working days) notice,
I am happy to refund your payment. If the session is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment the fee is still payable.
Cost of session. Ł40.00 per 50 minute session.
