About me

My training to become a Counsellor, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Healer has taken place over the past 12 years.
My route to mind-body-spirit work has been varied. I started out as a social worker for the visually impaired, and later moved into social work with children and families. I took early retirement from social work to train in Person centred counselling.
I have worked in a G.P. practice, at a college of higher education and more recently I spent 7 years as a specialist counsellor on a large reproductive medicine unit in Merseyside.
I now have an independent practice with a designated therapy room in my home in St Helens.
I work with individuals over the age of 16, organisations and E.A.P's.
