Welcome to my website my name is Vivienne Joan Dent [ FormerlyVivian Beanland.]
I am trained and qualified in Person Centred Counselling, Clinical Hypnotherapy; Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy; EMDR; Reiki Healing and Reconnection Healing.
I mainly work with adults of 16 and over. The way I work is in a holistic or integrated way.
At our initial meeting I take your case history and we discuss your problem and what you would like to gain from coming for therapy. We then decide on the most suitable therapy for you.
For example you may be suffering with anxiety and depression, so perhaps a combination of counselling and hypnotherapy will be beneficial for you.

So whether you want to stop smoking; lose some weight; reduce stress and anxiety; cope with depression; bereavement or loss; living with unwanted phobias; going through IVF treatment; need help with relationship issues, or simply want to learn how to relax and cope better with your life, I can offer you therapy.

I am a member of BACP, BSCH and EMDR ASSOCIATION.org.uk and I work within the code of ethics and practice of these organisations.
